In its Board Meeting held last April 17, 2023, the Asian Consulting Group officially welcomed former Secretary of Trade and Industry Ramon Lopez as one of its independent directors.
As DTI Secretary, he served from 2016 to 2022, and has launched various programs to help micro, small, and medium enterprises. Beyond his public service, Lopez held key positions in various companies. He is now contributing his skills and expertise toward helping ACG grow and provide better service to its clients.
As of the present, the Board of Directors of ACG is comprised of Raymond Abrea, Ramon Lopez, Elmer “Bong” Aspe, Santiago “Santi” Dumlao, Jr., Enrique “Eric” Caeg, and led by Jose Magsaysay, Jr. as its Chairman of the Board and President.
With the addition of its new Director, the Asian Consulting Group continues to strive to achieve its goal of extending its expertise to taxpayers and helping them handle their taxes.
Moreover, it continues to work with public organizations and the private sector in helping promote a genuine tax reform and adopting a simple, fair, and efficient tax system. On June 15, 2023, the Asian Consulting Group, in partnership with several organizations, will be launching the International Tax Conference.
